I just wanted to thank you for your great service. I have been accepting credit cards for over 35 years. Qualified Processing is the first processor or bank that suggested better qualifying our transactions and working with me to get this accomplished. This has resulted in much lower fees. The QPS Gateway is very easy to use- no more modem connections with slow speeds. That MasterCard and Visa transactions are processed faster than any other processor has ever done, usually in my account within 24 hours.
At the end of the day, the service is great, and the savings are what were promised.

I am writing this letter to recommend the services of Qualified Processing Services to any business considering a relationship with their organization. I am the owner of several NAPA Auto Parts stores in Arizona. When my company was initially contacted, I was very doubtful that such a service could be delivered. I have accepted credit cards for a very long time and had never heard of such a unique program. I am so pleased with our Internet Based Credit Card Processing Service. I don't know how all the processes work, but fortunately, I don't have to. With Qualified Processing taking care of the integration with my premium finance software, all I have to worry about is printing my reports from my email each day and making sure it matches the totals in my office from the previous day.
I was not sure that Qualified Processing was capable of delivering on their promise to make a smooth transition from my separate "machine" to the internet based service, but I have to admit that they did it and did so in just a few days. I was also expecting the integration with my premium finance software to take a few months, but we are expecting that to be complete this week, within 2 weeks of getting started with the internet-based service. I am so glad that I decided to take a chance on Qualified Processing because they have certainly delivered on their promises.
I know that I am just one of many satisfied customers, but I just had to let you know how pleased I am. My Account Manager is just so easy to talk to about what our company needs and is always just a phone call or email away if I have any other questions that I need answered. I am completely satisfied with the job that QPS is doing for our company and I would recommend them to anyone.
